9. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, including their interpretation, validity, performance, or termination (“Dispute”), the parties shall first attempt to resolve the Dispute amicably through good-faith negotiations within 30 (thirty) days from the date one party notifies the other of the Dispute in writing.

If the Dispute is not resolved through amicable discussions within the aforesaid period, the Dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration, in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator, mutually appointed by Coratia and the disputing party. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bhubaneswar, Odisha, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.

The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.

Subject to the above arbitration clause, the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha, shall have exclusive jurisdiction for matters requiring judicial intervention.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to Clause 9 above, the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters requiring judicial intervention, including enforcement of arbitral awards.
